This was a fun read. It was really informative. Your case study was very well presented and seems thoroughly researched upon. I really liked how you chose "hey, what happened?" as the screen title. It gave off vibes of concern, which really added to the brilliance of this app idea. There are somethings that I would like to add :

1. I think there should be a way to type your address down instead of fully relying on the GPS. There have been many times in my life(Indian too) when GPS has betrayed me 😅
2. Do you think it will be better if we can give the option of adding the patients disease/distress before booking the ambulance? This is because sometimes the equipments to treat a particular disease are not available in general hospitals, and they require us to visit other or even speciality hospitals. The ambulance gets to know about this only when they reach the destination, and then has to divert from there to the next best hospital. This delay even causes loss of lives in many cases.

Think about it 😄😄
Otherwise, MediCab seems amazing, with an intuitive and clean interface. If it gets launched, I am definitely gonna use it!
